Health Shakes

 

Shakes are a great way to get a large portion of your nutritional needs in one go.  You can fill them with whatever you want, and tailor it to suit your needs whether it be high protein, high fibre or a combination of everything.

 

They are quick and easy to make so for those of you that always have the excuse of having no time, this is a great option for you. Throw a couple ingredients into a blender and walk out the door.

Heart Health

1 cup of blueberries

6 ounce plain greek yogurt

1/4 avocado

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup of water

Energy Boosting

 

2 cups cold almond milk

1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon flax seeds

2 tablespoon oats

2 table spoons chia seeds

1 scoops of ice/ 6 blocks

Strawberry Kiwi Shake

 

2 kiwi’s

1 cup of Strawberries

Tea spoon of sugar

Ice

Water

Blend!
